9 x 9 foot Chinese Art Deco Nichols Rug Circa 1920

The Chinese Art Deco Rugs were one of the most unique colorful rugs produced in the 2oth century. No where else were such bold and striking colors used than the export rugs made famous and fashionable by Walter Nichols.
This rug has a thicker pile which allows for the rich Plum color to stand out.
There is a small area of wear in one corner of the rug which as started to wear through.
The rug is approx. 9.5 x 9.5.
