George Elbert Burr (1859–1939) was an American printmaker and painter best known for his etchings and drypoints.
Here is a wonderful example, a 1911 color etching and aquatint of the Rhine at the Rheinstein Castle, signed lower left in pencil

Condition: Very good hinged at top with archival hinge mounts.
