Here is a wonderful oil on canvas, circa mid 1800’s of a Religious Nurse with a large wooden Cross, possible Catholic Nurse.
The canvas is unsigned and not marked on the stretchers. The canvas needs to be cleaned and has a few small pin holes but the over all condition is fine.
The frame is approx. 19” x 21 1/2” and the canvas is approx. 12 1/2” x 14 1/2”.
