1800s Ornate Victorain Alabaster Carved Bust with Pedestal
A Victorian era Carved alabaster bust of a lady in a large ruffle hat. The fine detailed carving and ornate clothing make this one of the better pieces I have seen. This unsigned work of art is very similar to the Italian bust of the same period.
The Pedestal is fluted column with carved flowers at the top section. The pedestal is a three part, not a solid pedestal.

Size:
Bust- 20” high x 8” deep x 17” wide (sits on a small pedestal approx. 11” high x 14” diam. base)
Column- 43” high x 7 1/2” diam.
