The Two Merchants Lithograph in Oak Frame I am Sold on Credit I am Sold on Cash German
A wonderful Advertising art from the late 1800’s printed in Germany. The Title on the side reads “The Two Merchants” , plate number 11359.
A small water stain in the top right side is the only damage of note. The frame is wide profile oak with a dark Shellac finish, with an Arts and Crafts look.
The image is bold and striking with a statement that hold just as much meaning then as it does now. ” I am Sold on Credit” while the other side reads ” I am Sold on Cash”.
Size: 18” x 21.5” frame
Condition: very good with small water stain top right corner
