1800's French Boulangerie Patisserie Push Cart Street Vendor Cart Original Paint

A late 1800's French Boulangerie Patisserie Cart. Sadly the wood wheels are missing but who has space for that. This piece has been with this client for 25+ years and now they are moving away from this this style.
The top is a painted metal and the box is a oak construction with heavy oil paint. The Paint has started to alligator from use and weathering.
Painted on the front is Boulangerie Patisserie and the name, which is very faded and worn, sadly I can not make out the name.
The side has a lock and slide bolt, but to use a storage cabinet, someone put two wood blocks to secure the doors from opening, this appears to be reversible.
