1911 Ed Diers Rookwood Vellum Vase with Colorful Scenic Landscape

1911 Ed Diers Rookwood Vellum Vase with Colorful Scenic Landscape. Ed Diers ( Edward Diers) was active with Rookwood from 1896 to 1931 and with Edward T. Hurley was a top painter for Rookwood. The vase is painted with the Vellum technique giving this landscape a feel of dusk or Autumn. The vase is approx 9 1/4" high and is in Good fair condition. There is a very small "U" shaped mark at the mouth of the vase and there is a crack that is approx. 3" long. I have included photos of these two areas of damage.
The bottom is marked with the Rookwood mark and XII indicating 1911. Below the Rookwood mark is 950D and "V" underneath that. Off to the right is a stylized ED, please see the photos of the base of the vase.
If you have any questions or need additional photos, please feel free to email me.
