1919 Edward T. Hurley Rookwood Plaque Scenic Vellum Colorful Landscape

A very nice and finely painted vellum plaque by one of the top Rookwood painters, Edward T. Hurley. He worked for Rookwood for an impressive 52 years (1896 to 1948) and many consider his work and him at the top of Rookwood Artist list.
This vellum plaque is marked on the back with the Rookwood incised mark and XIX, 1919 and is marked on the top with the number 648.
This lovely landscape has beautiful color and an over all feel of peaceful tranquility.
The plaque is signed ETH on the lower right. The plaque is approx. 8 1/4" x 5 1/4" and is very fine condition with minor crazing and a very small mark on the left side of the plaque.
