Chick Webb (February 10, 1905– June 16, 1939) was an American jazz and swing music drummer as well as a band leader and had ties to Baltimore Md. His drumming and band front and backed many amazing musicians, Ella Fitzgerald being one of the best.

A great head shot of the Chick Webb. the back of the board has taped on title and label and dated 1929.
Most likely that image came from Frank Driggs' collection as well.
