We all know the dealings of Kim, with his trash hip talking ways, to writing and producing left of center singles, to co writing songs for bands, Kiss to Warren Zevon to managing The Runaways. 
He string of hits through the 60's to early 70's were also semi underground "hits"

Condition: Vinyl is low VG+ sound, visually high VG on both sides. SIDE 1 plays with a faint tic very faint, not heard alll the time, at the start but does lessen. Still very clear sounding. SIDE 2 plays very clean and sounds like solid VG+. No tracking issues on either side. Label high VG+, close to NM-. Sleeve is generic white.
