Carlos Garnett was the legendary Free Jazz Saxophonist. Playing with some of the best regarded groups of his time, Miles Davis, Art Blakey, Freddie Hubbard and others, Garnett carved out his place in the Jazz greats. His free jazz of the 60's and 70's would reach a high water mark with his Black Love album from 1974.
His Pan African brand of Jazz would bring him to the his group Universal Black Force which blended jazz, rock, funk and Panamanian music.
The group recorded five albums between 1974 and 1977. This would place this image circa mid 1970's.
