1978 Rolling Stones Some Girls Rare Promo Woman's Underwear with Logo and Some Girls

I have never seen this item before, I have been working on a collection of Records and other memorabilia pieces for about a year from this estate.
A huge amount of rare Picture Sleeves 45's but this piece has baffled me and is one of the more unique pieces of promo from the band.

Promo pink Woman's Underwear
Red silkscreen on the front with the Rolling Stones Lips and tongue log and Some Girls
The Tag is original to the piece, with Size 7 and stating they are 100% Nylon and are from an American Company.
So this item is from the US part of the tour for the record.

Condition: Very Fine and are unused. The item has been folded so there are fold marks. please see images for details.
