A Very Fine Early 1900s Iranian Sarouk Prayer Rug 50 x 31 Wool
A very fine Iranian Wool Sarouk, early to mid 1900's with bold and strong colors.
This nice prayer rug has the strong reds and blues common in your Sarouks. The flowers on either end grow towards the center medallion.
The rug is approx. 50" x 31" or approx. 3 foot x 4 foot and is in very good condition. The rug pile is still a high pile and the fringe is in good condition with some very minimal wear.
