Chaïm Soutine (13 January 1893 9 August 1943) was a Belarusian Painter, living and working in Paris France. His friend ship with Amedeo Modigliani, lead to several Modigliani painted Soutine's portraits and one belonging the the leading art dealer in Paris at the time, Leopold Zbrowski. His paintings were in pure expressionism with bold and dramatic palate and built up action and applied pigments. A great catalogue of this leading French Expressionist Artist

Chaïm Soutine (13 January 1893 – 9 August 1943) was one of the leading Abstract Expressionist in Paris. His friendship with Modigliani lead to many portraits of Soutine.

Condition: Very fine with light shelf marks from storage. The binding is tight with light bumps at the edges and a small mark down the spine edge. The binding is tight with no writing inside. Please see the images for more details.
