Antique Cast Iron Arts and Crafts Rocking Pen Blotter with Owl.

This antique cast iron arts and crafts pen blotter is a rocker type. The handle is fine stylized arts and crafts design with the blotter designed with an owl sitting on a branch. As you can see from the photos, this is a fine addition to your collection. The blotter is unmarked, no numbers or signature, but by the looks of the casting the company took pride and care.
The length is 5" x 3" wide and the height is 2 1/4".
