Year: patent date Nov 15 1898
Condition: the instructions are intact, with slight wrinkle to the paper and the paper has been folded. The Fortune Teller is in great condition with some age wear to the chrome tin. I tried my fortune and it does work! A little slow but the wheel inside spins.
