Funk Innovators were on the Let's Go Go Christmas compilation album released on December 12, 1995. They had one song on the comp, Jingle Bells. 
The Poster is dated 1991 and for their album release, no listing on Discogs or any music sites. As you know GoGo released on Tape only releases and this band might have fallen through the cracks but how could they with this look!
A cross between Grace Jones SciFi New Wave with a size and instruments of GoGo. 

Size: 22 x 32 
Condition: Near perfect, never hung up and in very good condition. Minor edge bumps from storage. Please see the images for more details.
