Early 1900's Amphora Teplitz Vase Marked with Incised Crown Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel
An early 1900's Amphora vase with the organic almost stylized octopus buttress handles encrusted with bright enamel paint creating a jewel effect and the metallic glaze finishing of the piece.
The bottom is marked with Amphora in a cartouche, Austria also in a cartouche and a incised crown. 11682 and 54 are also stamped into the base and in the center there is an ink stamp but this is illegible. The vase appears to be by the Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel company from circa 1908.
