Art Deco designed case, stamped on top "Elgin R R"

Serial number is 26260303 and the Elgin Website states:
they made 2000, First Year of production is 1922, this being the second year and stopped production in 1943
Size of movement is 16 S
21J
Adjustable 5 Position


Case is 14K Gold filled and is made by SWC and Co.
