Ex Libris Bookplate Sigmund Stossel by Franz Von Bayros

Franz Von Bayros (28 May 1866 – 3 April 1924) was an artist who is known for his erotic and sometimes decadent images of sex and seduction. He was active in in Munich and Vienna and did thousands of images for people, folios and publications. 

The original was done in 1875 for Sigmund Stossel. The Ex Libris is from the Ex Libris Folio by Von Bayros published Circa 1912 in Vienna by Artur Wolf.
Medium is Heliogravure
The image is on a thin paper, tipped on heavy stock paper with window, as issued.

Size: 9 9/16 x 12 inches board 
         Plate is 4 3/4 x 5 1/8 inches 
Condition: Near perfect, from a folio edition that was preserved. Minor disco to the heavy paper stock. The heliogravure is in new perfection condition. Please see the images provided for details.
