German Ceramic Modernist Decorated Vase
A Modernist designed Ceramic vase marked Germany.
This 5” tall vase is very similar to the Prague ceramics in design but the striking Saturn like rings that orbit this vase sets this vase apart from others. The mat glaze also gives this vase an almost Art Deco quality too.
The bottom is marked Germany and has the numbers 212, which is most likely the vase style number from the factory. No other marks are distinguishable that will give any other clues about this piece.
This piece is perfect for a collector of early to mid century Art and Ceramic.
