Supernatural Horror In Literature "is a long essay by the celebrated horror writer H. P. Lovecraft surveying the field of horror fiction. It was written between November 1925 and May 1927 and revised in 1933–1934. It was first published in 1927 in the one-shot magazine The Recluse."

This hardback edition with original dust jacket is a second edition with Red Boards and is Published by Ben Abramson in 1945.

Dust Jacket is in Fair condition with some wear to slight chipping, minor soiling to the back. Jacket is in protective mylar sleeve.
Book is in VG+ with front page inscribed from previous owner. Binding shows slight separation on lower section but only in the first few pages. Please see the photos for a visual description. Red Boards have slight soiling.

Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
