1946-1947 Hans Hofmann Charcoal Drawing from a private collection.

**NOTE**
recently one of the drawings have been featured in a retrospective book on Hofmann's time in Provincetown. I can supply you with this information.

Sturgis Antiques has been dealing with a client, who's father was student of Hofmann from his Life Drawing class in Provincetown, Mass., circa 1947. I have included original footage from my client's father 8 mm of Hofmann.

I am offering to break up the collection per my client's request.

My client was a student and Hofmann would critique with a small sketch or drawing and my client's father cut out these and preserved them.

Size: approx 6 x 6 1/4 inches
Condition: fine with the minor edge bent. The drawing has been hinged with archival hinge tape.
