Late 1800's Tintype Occupational Postal Worker In Uniform

A late 1800's Occupational image of a man standing in full uniform with interior set. His hat is visible but I can not make out the numbers but the image of a eagle is visible as well as the yellow cording around the brim of the hat.

Condition: minor emulsion lost on the right side. Some surface scratches visible when held at an angle.
