Mexican Retablo Votive Painting Dated Texas Febrero 1961 Divino Nino with Two Men Praying Ex Voto

The Mexican Retablos are wonderful Mexican Folk Art Tradition, each one is painted depicting a “miracle” or divine intervention. These stories are passed down and they are painted. Each painting has a image and story below explaining the divinity of miracle.

This very fine, most folk art Ex-Votos are not finely done, that is sometimes their charm but this one is both very nicely painted and has very fine writing. 
Painted on a flattened metal, the back shows rusting and oxidation. The painting is very detailed with two man praying to the Baby Jesus. Below is the story and at the bottom right is the name of the artist who I can not make out, please see the images for details. 
Below the name is the date and location of Texas, Febrero 1961.

Size: 5 3/4 x 7 inches
Condition: very fine details, slight marks to the painting in the text area. The overall ratablo is aged with soiling, I have not cleaned or altered this piece. A small metal hoop is at the top. If you have any questions or need additional images, please feel free to email me.
