MId to Late 1800's Male Gonorrhea Syphilis Syringe With Glass Plunger Antique Medical Device

I dont want to gross too many people out, but here is one of the stranger Medical Instruments I have had in awhile, a male Gonorrhea Syphilis Syringe With Glass Plunger, circa 1860's-1870's.
The glass plunger still has the original cotton and the hard rubber tip and rubber back piece.
From a time when VD cure was almost worse than the disease.
