Original Promo Poster 1966 The Beatles Yesterday and Today The Butcher Cover

The first runs of the album and posters for the new Beatles album Yesterday and Today had this cover, due to the shock and controversy the albums were almost immediately pulled with only a small amount in peoples hands. The Album was pulled from the shelf and sent back to the factory where they pasted over the album, this copy is known as the 2nd state and that album is pricey, the original issue is still the highest price and are very scarce. 
So the PROMO posters were sent out to stores when the album was released, to be hung and displayed promoting the album, so when the album was pulled the posters were too, making the posters very scarce and rare to have survived. 
My client's brother worked at a record store the year the record came out and when was able to save this poster. 
He worked at a store in New York starting in 1966, the year the album and poster were issued in June 1966.

There are many fakes but this one is real, the Capital stars are crips and clear, the "Incredible" is in red ink  and at the top and the paper is the right stock. 
The poster has been folded but no tears or damage other than what you see.
