Paul McCobb Bench and Grass Cloth Cabinet Original Planner Group by Winchendon Birch Wood

Circa 1960's Paul McCobb Planner Group by Winchendon Cabinet with Bench.

This amazing set really set the design element of the 1960's Paul McCobb, "McCobb also designed radios and televisions for CBS-Columbia and hi-fi consoles for Bell & Howell, along with other household items.[6] His Planner line, manufactured by Winchendon Furniture Company, was among the best-selling contemporary furniture lines of the 1950s and was in continuous production from 1949 until 1964."

The cabinet is marked on the back with the burn mark of Planner Group with McCobb's facsimile signature.
The green "Grass Cloth" is original, which is hard to find.
The bench and cabinet are being sold together.

Bench: 60" long x 18 1/4" deep x 10" high
Original finish, some water marks on the back left corner and slight fade to finish in some areas. Please see images for details.
Cabinet: 24" wide x 24 1/4" high x 18 1/4" deep very minor wear to finish. please see images for details.
