Another important tour for Public Enemy, like the previous tour poster for them, the band was still touring on the their second album It Takes A Nation of Millions which came out in 1988, the album that was moved the band into new territory, this and the next album would be the bands highest point and laid the foundation of current hip hop with their heavy samples of obscure music riffs over music concrete.
