Positive Force was the leading organizer of mid to late 80's and into the 90's, their message to bring people together for not just music but for the awareness of issues and a safe space for all. The mixture of bands was always great but this resource was so essential to the scene which was growing nationally and internationally. Music mixed with social and political information, God what a great group of people and Positive Force should be recognized for their hard work!

Scream at this time is Dave Grohl (I am sure you know the name)
Beefeater who was just a sonic mix of weirdness of funk, hardcore and tribal…
Ontario Groove.. I dont know much about them but there are some other DC flyers with their name on the bill.
