Rare Art Deco 3 Seat Theater Seating Egytian Revival Cast Iron with Wood Backs
A wonderful 3 seat section of theater seating done in a 1920's Egyptian Revival Style. The sides are cast iron and the back section and arms are wood. The chairs fold back as would most theater seats wood.
The cast iron sides are decorated with Egyptian Motifs such as the winged sun disc, decorated stylized columns and papyrus.
This period in the Egyptian Revival history places it in Art Deco Movement in American, circa 1920's.
Size: 57" wide x 17" deep x 35" high back x 17" high seat.
Condition: Very good, the cast iron has been repainted and the wood has been painted. The Fabric is not original, faux leather naugahyde on the seat and back.
Due to the size and weight of this items, it will need to be freighted and or pick up only.
