Very rare and preview of the magazine Unusual Stories, 1935
The first Unusual Stories was published in 1934 but never fully materialized, then was started back up but once again.
"…first issue of May-June 1935 is nothing like the advance issue, and Crawford swiftly abandoned efforts to continue this or any other periodical."
This issue has the editors note that came with this advanced copy.
The notes talks about the release of Marvel Tales, which also came out in 1935 but note goes on to state that the original intention was to still release Unusual Tales.

The other side states this lesser quality publication is a sample of what will later come… hopefully!!

Size: 5 1/2 Inches x 8 1/2 Inches
Condition: The paper cover, which is stapled has separated, the card stock is fragile and brittle. The pages are intact and very fine. Please see images for a visual description.
