Seabees "Can Do" Navy Figurine Figural Table Display 3D

A rare and wonderful table 3D display of the Navy Seabee's mascot, circa 1940's-1950's.

Inspired by Disney, this mascot has served for the Seabee's motto and Mascot of "Can Do"
The material is a painted composite. The wings which have been glued into place are a plastic. The base is weighted with a plaster.

Front of base has raised text "Seabees Can Do." Bee has six legs, three on left side, each having different rank insignias. Bee is depicted holding tools in its hands as well as a machine gun. Underside has original felt covering. Has original pair of removable clear plastic wings.

Size: 8" tall x 5" deep x 3 3/4"
Condition: Very Good with some minor soiling. The Wings have been glued into place. Back left legs has a surface marks/ separation (appears to be a fault in production). Very minor paint loss. The base has some surface marks, scuffs and surface paint crazing. The Bottom felt is worn off.
