Sixteenth Plate Daguerreotype Portrait of Woman with Long Necklace 

A very charming portrait of a woman, a small keep sake size Daguerrotype. She has a black dress and white lace collar. The woman has a broach with a long necklace. She is dressed up and is a charming forget me not photograph. 

Year: Circa 1860
Size: Sixteenth Plate 1 ½" x 1 ¾"
Condition: The case has some wear to the outside but you can see the details of the rose on the front and the back has another flower on the back. The inside red velvet has small flower design but shows wear. The image has tarnishing but you can see amazing detail at held at angle. Please see the images for more details
