 The Undertakers Pipeline b/w Mickey Mouse (ACETATE) on Damon Recording Studios (Missouri).

Nothing on the band, the best I can guess is the band was Missouri since Damon was located there and not likely a band would travel far or have an acetate cut that wasn't local-ish. 
Side 1 is a slower version of Pipeline and side 2 is strange choice for a song but the band was probably early, circa 1963-65. 
A RARE acetate that is in incredible condition.

Condition: Vinyl is low VG+, very faint hairlines on both sides and SIDE 1 has smudge. SIDE 1plays with very low and faint crackle at the start and does lessen slightly, still great tones and no tracking issues. SIDE 2 plays about the same, light crackle at the start that drops when music is in but can be slightly heard. Labels are low VG+, light staining on both sides but minor, typed Artist and Titles are very clean. Sleeve is Vg+, original factory audiodiscs sleeve, light soiling on the bottom and light wrinkles from storage
