From the Acknowledgment: 'The original purpose of the Campaign Studies was to provide supporting material for "The Over-All Report" which has been presented to the Chairman of the Survey (Franklin D'Olier), and in which the conclusions of the Naval Analysis Division are embodied. However since much of the material assembled has not previously been available, it was felt these studies, with the two companion volumes of interrogations, merited a wider circulation both within the services and among civilian students of military affairs.' Condition: Stored for many years in a basement, not soiled but slight odor from Storage. NO MILDEW. NO WRITING and NO LOSS OF MAPS OR CHARTS. Slight gold loss on last letter on the front. A very Rare find in EX Cond.
