Unknown Soul Funk Band Circa 1975 Main Man Has White Afro Possible Charles Ruffen

Unknown Soul Funk Band Circa 1975 but they look amazing. 
The main guy in the back, stands tall with a white afro and the guy in the front has white fur cuffs, what a bad ass looking group! Unknown band, I have tried to research the partial name on the back and appears to be Charles Ruffen. Please see the image of this detail.

The other members all wear white pants, when bands were a gang!!

Condition: Very fine with a small stain on the lower left under the arm of the man in the white hat. Light marks at the corners from storage but no other damage. Name on the back says "Charles Ruffen" Please see the images for more details.
