Very Rare African American Adult Magazine Duke Magazine 1957 Issues 1 2 and 5 Duchess of the Month

Three of only 6 issued printed, Duke Magazine, from 1957.

"Duke was a short-lived men's magazine formed by ex-employees of the Johnson Publishing Company. It is notable as an early attempt at an upscale adult periodical for African-American audiences.
The magazine's centerfold models were called Duchess of the Month. The first Duchess was Eleanor Crews, who had earlier appeared as the October girl in the 1957 pin-up calendar included with the New Year issue of Jet."

Duke magazine lasted just 6 issues and in near mint condition, I am offer three of the six issue, Number 1, 2 and 5.

Issue number 1 is near perfect, no pulls or tears and very minimal signs of use.
Issue number 2 is also in near perfect with a pencil price mark on the top left corner
Issue number 5, has a price mark in a stamp, minor edge abrasions

All three issues have no writing inside and the centerfolds are intact and with no staple pulls.
