Very Rare "I Have A Thought" Trade Card Oysters Segars and Tobacco Cigars 1860's
A near fine and Rare Trade Card for Oysters, circa 1860's-1870's
J. Walstrum Dealer in Fine Oysters at 84 1/2 Edmondon Ave.
Also a dealer in Segars (Cigars) and Tobacco
Segars was a term for Cigars starting in the first quarter of the 1800's, as "1830, the first Cuban “segars” (as they were then known) to arrive in Europe were delivered to the London shop of Robert Lewis"
Size: 2 1/2" x 4 1/4"
Condition: VG with some minor discolor to the paper. Back of the card has a pencil mark of number 2. Please see the images for a visual.
