Vintage American Flag Fan Latest Cigar made in Korea circa 1950’s

A Cigar with fan hidden in a cigar, when you pull the top, the crepe paper fan opens up with an American Flag. 
Marked made in Korea on the cigar label band, “Latest Cigar Made in Korea”,  looks like a cigar, shape and size. The outside is a darkened paper, like the tobacco leaf of a cigar. 

These novelty items where used as giveaways, political rallies and other patriotic events. 
Most have not lasted but this one is in almost perfect condition with very minor and slight age faults. 

Size: approx 5 1/2 inches long 
Condition: very fine, with small chips at the edge of top. The fan has light wear at the bottom edge when fully opened but not damaged and opens easily and still retracts.The fan is still has very vibrant colors.  Please see the images for more detail
