Vintage Lepidopterist Collection Box Pin Mounted Butterflies Moths 32 Specimens Texas Region
pin mounted display of 32 total specimens, a collection of various butterflies and moths directly from a collector/researcher. All well preserved and mounted in a professional grade insect box with attached lid. This particular collection is from the Texas area and compiled during the late 1970's into the 1990's.
All specimens are in great condition considering age and the fact that they have not been pressed, and are instead carefully pinned in this Pacific Insect Box. No notable damage to be found in this collection. Species are colorful and look fully in tact. Please note in order to prevent decay or infestation, there is a limited amount of moth ball dust inside this box.
Size: Tray is 8 1/2" x 13" and about 1 1/2" deep.
