The Caravelles only had this one and only single, this is the original 1st Press White Label Promo, not the store copy. Unknown how limited the promo copies were. 
Onacrest Records was a Los Angeles, Ca. based label that had only three releases, all in 1966.

Condition: Vinyl is NM-, very ,clean with no marks and plays beautifully with no tracking issues and sounds very clean. Both sides plays equal. Labels are both NM-, no issues and the white is very clean. Sleeve is generic white.
